Job Title: Business Analyst – SAP Electric Billing DomainLocation: Miami, FLWork Type: Onsite Employment Type: Contract (C2C) Experience: 8+ Years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the SAP Electric Billing domain to support enterprise initiatives for a utilities client. This is a hands-on onsite role in Miami, FL, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead business requirements analysis, process evaluation, and solution validation.Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts using both manual and automated testing approaches.Validate client requirements and ensure traceability across requirements, testing, and delivery.Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.Own testing design methodologies and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation.Collaborate with development teams to build, test, and deliver project components within established SLAs.Apply and promote Agile methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Facilitate collaborative discussions, analyze issues, and categorize project challenges to drive resolution.Demonstrate leadership in project execution and build strong, productive business relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.Strong expertise in SAP Electric Billing domain.Mandatory experience with WorkSoft.Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing approaches.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.Proficiency with ALM tools such as Jira, Confluence, QMetry, or similar.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Utilities industry experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience working in cross-functional, enterprise-scale environments.Proven ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes across teams.
