Position Overview: Tap Healthcare is seeking an accomplished and motivated Nursing Supervisor to lead the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in Mission Viejo, California. This full-time, night-shift leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee clinical operations, mentor critical care nursing staff, and promote excellence in patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and a compassionate leader with a strong foundation in cardiac critical care. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire. At least one professional certification in a related specialty area. 2 years of recent clinical experience in a cardiac or intensive care specialty. 2 to 5 years of Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience. Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Nursing. Prior leadership experience in an ICU or high-acuity hospital setting.
