Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues efficiently and accurately. Conduct multi-point inspections and identify needed repairs or maintenance. Communicate effectively with service advisors and teammates to ensure timely repairs. Maintain Subaru factory training and certifications. Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area. Other duties given by supervisor, as needed QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus). Current Subaru or ASE certifications are highly desirable. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Must have your own tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. A positive and friendly attitude Great communication skills COMPENSATION: The Service Line Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 and $45.00.The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Hourly and Flat Rate compensation based on experience and certifications. We are a drug free environment.As part of our hiring process, we conduct a post-offer background check and drug screening.
