Substitute/Floater Teacher

We're always looking to add flexible substitute guides to our on-call list. Are you interested in working as a Substitute Teacher at Guidepost Montessori? This position will support multiple small Montessori classrooms. Our student teacher ratio is always 2 teachers with no more than 6 children in a classroom. No formal Montessori training is needed to apply. We will provide training as part of your orientation and on-boarding.This is an on-call position at our mini sites where we will reach out to you as-needed to provide coverage when full-time teachers are out sick or on vacation. The Substitute Teacher role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many of our substitutes ultimately transition into full-time Assistant Teachers with us when new openings become available.
