Currently Hiring Full and Part Time Positions for Brick. The candidate will be a Licensed Medical Professional for the agency and may be assigned to work in more than one program or location, inclusive on on-site visits to area hospitals and nursing facilities when resident are receiving in-patient care. Location: Brick, Ocean County Base pay of $35.60 per/hour, eligible for Shift Differential Earn an additional $2-4 per hour with the shift differentialLooking for Evening Shifts Tuesday-Thursday 3pm-11pm.Description Under the direction of the agency RN, the LPN will monitor and provide for the clinical care of our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. They will collect case histories, record services provided, and prepare medication records. LPN's will have a shared responsibility with the managerial staff in assisting with supervision of the medical concerns for each resident. They will ensure the overall health and safety of the residents and environment in which they reside. Previous experience working with Individuals with Disabilities is preferred, not required. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points One year of Experience working as an LPN Education: Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
