Barbacks should be prepared to work late hours on nights and weekends, often starting in the afternoon and going well into the night until closing and cleaning is complete. Candidates must possess strong organization skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, problem solving skills, punctuality, and a guest-first mindset.
