The days will always be full of excitementThe Dental Assistant/ Patient Care Rep provides clinical support to facilitate the relationship between our patients and dentists, increase the efficiency of delivering quality dental care and maintain communication between dentists, patients and administrative staff to ensure a positive patient experience. Along with providing administrative support to facilitate the relationship between our patients and dentists. Qualifications Knowledge of dental procedures and terminologyC.D.A. preferredPossess required certifications, licensure or registration as required by the stateExcellent customer service skillsClear speaking and telephone voicePositive attitude and energetic personalityComfortable in a computerized environmentAbility to multitask
