As an Admin Support Representative, you will work with our internal sales teams by providing them information as needed and supporting them through the sales cycle. You will get to be a part of an organization that encourages team members to learn, lead, and growYour path could look like this:Admin Support Representative | Sr. Admin Support Representative* | Admin Support Team Lead*Get your foot in the door and branch into other immediate roles in our Sales Operations or Fulfillment OperationsResponsibilities for an Admin Support Representative:Support Sales Representatives through the full cycle sales process by:Coordinate and dispatch daily schedules for sales consultants; coordinate efficiently based on time, distance, and location Accurately creating installation agreements for sales representatives in real-timeEffectively and proactively managing communication among vendor and client accounts, covering multiple solar markets in the state of TexasEfficiently communicate with sales representatives and office staff via email and instant messagingAnalyze and proof-read completed solar proposals for accurate customer presentationResearch and understand all renewable energy and net metering programs in the Texas marketUpdate the scheduling software with relevant and accurate notes, necessary documentation, and move/create appointments as neededRequirements for an Admin Support Representative:Strong customer service skills and excellent phone voice Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersCritical thinking to problem solve challengesAbility to manage time well and prioritize effectivelyAdaptability to learn technical concepts and actively apply themShift is 2-10pm Tuesday thru SaturdayQualifications for an Admin Support Representative:Bilingual (English and Spanish) - a plusOffice experience - preferredWage and Benefits for an Admin Support Representative:$19 per hour (paycheck every Friday)Health insurance: Medical, Dental, VisionFringe benefits: PTO, Gym membership, Referral Bonus, Tuition Reimbursement, and more PI30834fe2c937-30511-38735290
