Job descriptionWarehouse AssociateLocation: Lynchburg, VAShift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AMPay: $19.75 per hourJob Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks.Receive, store, and track inventory accurately.Pick, pack, and ship orders.Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies as needed.Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.Report damaged or defective products to management.Assist with inventory investigations and resolve shipment issues.Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.Follow warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping guidelines.Report any safety or operational concerns to the Warehouse Manager.Assist and oversee visitors, employees, and contractors in the warehouse.Participate in team meetings and complete other assigned tasks.Requirements:Experience:1-2 years of forklift experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts.Forklift certification preferred.Shipping and receiving experience is a plus.Experience with high-reach trucks is a bonus.Skills:Strong teamwork and communication skills.Understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory.Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.Strong attention to detail and time management.Physical Requirements:Must have 20/20 vision or corrected vision.Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.Capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods.Must be comfortable working in different temperature conditions.Qualified candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftWork Location: In person
