Description :OverviewWe’re looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who’s passionate about both technology and fitness—someone who takes pride in ensuring every digital experience performs flawlessly for the athletes and fitness enthusiasts who rely on it.In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing and validating our software products to guarantee quality, reliability, and top-tier performance. You’ll work closely with developers, product owners, and designers to identify defects, improve testing processes, and ensure we deliver exceptional digital solutions that elevate the fitness experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scriptsPerform manual and automated testing of applications, systems, and integrationsIdentify, document, track, and verify software defects and issuesCollaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirementsParticipate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality standardsConduct regression, functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Analyze test results and provide clear reports on quality metrics and risksEnsure compliance with quality standards, processes, and best practicesContinuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologiesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar QA roleStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologiesExperience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps)Ability to write clear and detailed test documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience testing web, mobile, or enterprise applicationsBy applying to Rogue, regardless of the platform you choose to use, you are agreeing to Rogue's preferred methods of communication (i.e. text message).
