Apply Now through Indeed or at:https://ampersandtherapy.com/apply-now Position Overview Role: Elementary Special Education Teachers Location: Brooklyn Park, Minnesota Full-time, Monday-Friday (37.5 hours of paid time a week) Classroom settings to be determined Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or 4 license in a Special Education field Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities Compensation & Benefits Rates: $40-50/hour W-2 employment Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits* (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) matching Licensure, CEU, and professional development reimbursement Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate) Professional and general liability insurance Referral bonuses No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time (up to 5 hours) and donation matching* *Benefits for 0.8 FTE and higher.
