Sales Manager for Squire Resort at Grand Canyon, Hybrid

JOB DESCRIPTION The Opportunity Delaware North is hiring a Sales Manager to join our team at Squire Resort at Grand Canyon in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Sales Manager, you will develop key relationships with group leaders and contacts at the property to continue to improve the guest experience and increase revenue. Budget for this role is $62K - $72K based on experience. Additional compensation includes quarterly sales bonus based on goals. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46100 - $62200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Secure catering event bookings by maintaining regular contact with clients and guests at the property. Prepare and execute catering contracts and ensure quality products and service is delivered. Produce budget proposals to meet sales department goals. Maintain positive client and guest relations and be their point of contact for event inquiries. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales and catering sales required. Ability to organize and prioritize work and deliver deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment. Abitlty to travel on property bi-monthly.
