Responsibilities Join Pediatrix Medical Group and make a meaningful impact in neonatal care.We’re thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our established team at in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico.Why You’ll Love This Role:60-bed Level III/IV NICU with ~800 annual admissions and an average daily census of 4812-hour shifts with in-house overnight call24/7 NNP and Physician coverage ensures collaborative, round-the-clock careRobust subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery, cardiology, and the only pediatric cardiothoracic surgery program in the stateHands-on experience with occasional NNP students, residents, and medical studentsOpportunities for outreach across New MexicoNew grads welcome Comprehensive orientation (~6 months and flexible based on experience) and mentorship provided.Your Daily Rhythm:You’ll be a vital part of a high-performing, collaborative NICU team.
