Delight guests.As a Server at Red Robin, you will provide friendly, attentive service to guests while ensuring their orders are accurate and timely.In this role, you will:Greet guests and present menus with a warm and welcoming attitudeTake accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and barDeliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the mealProvide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beveragesHandle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of your work areaCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient serviceQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and enthusiasm for guest serviceBenefitsAs a Server, you will receive:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401k retirement plansPay Range: $2.13 per hour - $2.13 per hour Disclaimer: The hiring wage for this position will not be below the local minimum wage, even if the starting wage listed is lower. We comply with all applicable wage laws to ensure fair compensation for all employees.Physical RequirementsThis role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
