Schedule: Part-time | Morning shift 6:30am-2:30pm | Tuesday, Thursday and every other weekend Department: Porter Hills Village | Dining Services Department  What You’ll Do in This Role:Dining Server – Health CenterAs a Dining Server in our Health Center, you’ll play an important role in supporting residents in our skilled nursing area. Beyond serving meals, you’ll help enrich the daily lives of those we care for. Using a ticket system to ensure accuracy, you’ll prepare beverages, serve meals, engage with residents, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment. This role is about more than food service—it’s about creating meaningful connections and contributing to the comfort and well-being of our residents.Primary Responsibilities:Watch tickets and run a tray line to ensure accuracy of ordersServe meals to residents with a smile and a friendly demeanorCater to special dietary requirements and restrictionsClear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area What You’ll Need:Must be a minimum of 18 years of agePrior experience as a server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is preferred.Ability to lift up to 35 poundsThe above is a summary of the position, it in no way states or implies that these are the only duties this position will be required to perform.
