The client prefers someone who brings positive energy, humor, and great cooking skills into the home, and who can drive when needed. Ideal Candidate Traits: Ages 28–50 preferred Energetic, personable, and upbeat Great sense of humor Skilled home cook who enjoys preparing meals Licensed driver (must have a valid driver’s license) Experienced with dementia care Warm, reliable, and professional What We Offer: Competitive pay Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible scheduling with local client matching Live-in opportunity in a calming, waterfront location Supportive team and positive work environment Employee recognition programs As a Live-In Caregiver, You Will: Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing), medication reminders, and light housekeeping Prepare healthy, enjoyable meals tailored to client preferences Transport or accompany client to appointments, errands, or outings Maintain clear communication with client, family, and care team Be consistently dependable and punctual for all assigned shifts Experience with dementia care is REQUIRED.
