Job Description: Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for a Java/J2EE Architect in Albany, NY. Description: • Design and develop the application per business requirements. • Participate in JAD sessions to assist in the preparation of use cases and other design deliverables. • Provide J2EE, WebSphere, JBoss Enterprise Application Server, web services, Oracle, IBM MQ, FileNet, and Unisys Mainframe integration application development expertise. • Provide software configuration management for Java applications, with such utilities as Hudson, ANT, Maven, Jenkins and SVN. • Interpret requirements, seek clarification as needed and estimate, propose, prototype, and develop solutions that integrate within the existing technology stack where required, but are improvements and in line with ITS future direction when required. • Provide technical documentation, solution prototypes, conduct demonstrations of work in progress and completed work to business subject matter experts and other technical staff. • Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required • Provide troubleshooting and end-user support and problem resolution. Mandatory Qualification: • Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. • Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. • 84 months of experience in designing, implementation and supporting enterprise level Service Oriented Architecture platform. • 84 months of experience in designing, implementing N-Tier J2EE applications. • 60 months of experience in design, developing front end using Angular version 13. • 60 months of experience working with developing Java solutions with a Web security protocol using LDAP and Okta. • 84 months of experience in testing Java and front-end applications. • 48 months of experience in preparing technical and user documentation for business applications.
