Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician

AirHeads HVAC is looking to hire a full-time Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our Copperas Cove, TX clients' homes to provide maintenance, help with installs, and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems, according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. If so, please read onWe offer this position an hourly wage of $19.00 - $30.00, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses The typical work schedule is 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings are required occasionally). We also provide excellent benefits that include paid vacation, holidays, Roth IRA company match, health insurance, company phone, vehicle, and uniform, continuous company paid training, and year-round work There will be an additional bonus of $5000 for 5 or more years of experience and $3000 for 3 to 5 years of experience. This bonus will be paid out over the next year at 90 days, 180 days, and last of all 365 days.
