Does this sound like you?As a Customer Support Specialist, your impact is two-fold:For the customer, your goal is to is to provide technical assistance with products, process inquiries, pricing, urgent orders and deliveries.For the team, your goal is to communicate needs and information, collaborate with other team members and departments, and coordinate activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.Benefits PackageJohn Henry Foster is dedicated to ensuring our employee-owners achieve their career goals.
