Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring clear communication about services. Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset. Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team of employees. Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance goals and promoting services. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment. Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to build loyalty and trust. Uphold Precision Tune Auto Care’s standards of honesty, quality, and reliability. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred. Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
