If you’re ready to lead, grow, and have fun, we want you on our teamCompensation:$13 - $15 hourlyResponsibilities:Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Qualifications:Must be authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication and organizational skills. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Prior experience in the food service industry.
