Must hold an active state licensure or certification (CCC-SLP preferred).- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in speech therapy, with at least 1 year in a home health or similar setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.- Clinical Skills: Expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques and individualized care planning.- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage patients, families, and team members effectively.
