As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will work closely with the members of the marketing team and other analysts to take our reporting and insights to the next level. Providing the team with actionable insights and data-driven recommendation based on high-level statistical analysis of existing reports and data. This position is located in our office in Boston at the TD Garden.  Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $76800 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Assist in the creation and roll-out of value-added programs, platforms, initiatives, and processes to enhance and build relationship management tools  Implement predictive modeling and forecasting to support long-term marketing strategies and budget planning  Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or financial analyst role using data, analytics, and insights in a high volume, fast paced environment. Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining, and machine learning techniques. Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access; VBA experience preferred. Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, or equivalent.
