Respond and attend to repair requests.Perform routine preventive maintenance.Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.Job Qualifications
2-3 years of maintenance technician experienceStrong plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC knowledgeValid Driver's License requiredAbility to multi-task and meet required deadlines.Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.Strong guest service skillsAbility to work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, plus on-call rotation.Physical demands:
