Duties & Responsibilities:

Respond and attend to repair requests.Perform routine preventive maintenance.Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.

Job Qualifications

2-3 years of maintenance technician experienceStrong plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC knowledgeValid Driver's License requiredAbility to multi-task and meet required deadlines.Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.Strong guest service skillsAbility to work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, plus on-call rotation.

Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
