OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components, ensuring that our production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. *We have direct hire openings in Menomonee Falls, Muskego, New Berlin, Ixonia etc. * Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce precision parts. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining specifications. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance product quality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC machine programming and operation. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
