QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3-4 years of HR support experience preferred.Tech-savvy and comfortable with HRIS and benefits platforms (iSolved, Principal, Horizon) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to prioritize competing tasks effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating patience, tact, respect, and integrity.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Experience working with diverse employee demographics and across all organizational levels.Reliable transportation required (to commute between Fairfield and Byram locations).
