This is more than a traditional assistant position—it’s an opportunity to get hands-on experience in executive operations, event planning, marketing, and business development.You’ll be the glue that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external logistics. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, organize digital documents, and assist with expense tracking.Operations & Event Management Plan and coordinate real estate and corporate events, from logistics to execution.Book venues, manage guest lists, and oversee vendor coordination.Travel & Vendor Coordination Arrange executive travel, accommodations, and itineraries.Research, source, and manage vendor relationships for business and personal needs.Marketing & Branding Support Assist with social media, email campaigns, and the creation of digital marketing materials.Use Canva to design branded materials, flyers, and promotional content.Client & CRM Support Maintain CRM systems and assist in business development activities.Support client communications and follow-ups.Personal & Family Logistics Assist with occasional personal errands, appointments, and family-related logistics.Qualifications: Experience in marketing, design, business or related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media management is a plus.Experience in our Tech Stack: Basecamp, Clockify, Canva, HubSpot, and NordPass is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion.Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote/contract environment.Prior experience in office administration, event coordination, or marketing is a plus, but not required.Powered by JazzHR
