Heavy Civil Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Project Estimator in the Sioux City area to prepare cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects such as roads, bridges, and utilities. The estimator will review project plans, gather pricing, and develop accurate bids to support winning contracts.
