We are looking for Senior User Experience (UX) designers to help craft product vision and strategies that elevate and evolve the NVIDIA game platform to new heights.As a Visual Designer for Game Platform, you are someone who excels at creating scalable design systems backed up by qualitative and quantitative data, designs for both product and creative excellence. You love to understand what drives engagement with content for people and orchestrate systems that are optimized to drive user happiness while meeting the business objectives. You are an evangelist for design and are an expert in collaborating with product managers, engineering, user research teams. Your work directly impacts the user experience for NVIDIA.What you'll be doing: Crafting Compelling Designs: Apply a thorough understanding and expertise of mobile and desktop UX standard methodologies, with a particular focus on gaming, to create visually stunning designs captivating our users. Create new designs across mobile, desktop and TV including (but not limited to) mood boards, compositions, color and type studies, shape languages, animation frameworks, iconography and redline specs.Advocating for Users: Successfully be the voice of the user in a fast-paced environment, imparting day-to-day design leadership that builds trust with consumers, advertisers and creators.Building Partnerships: Engender trust by building strong partnerships with leaders inside and outside the core product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are focused, effortless and engender trust again and again.Creating Pixel-Perfect Design: Execute and deliver experiences demonstrating a clear understanding of pixel perfect design practices and a phenomenal creative process you can articulate well to other designers with a high standard of creative excellence.What we need to see:BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., graphic, animation, fine art, visual communications, product, industrial), or a related field or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of experience delivering best-in-class visual designs including prototyping and front-end-development.Experience with visual design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) as well as competency with Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.A Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for both PC and mobile applications.Ways to stand out from the crowd: MA/MS degree in Design, Art and Design or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience demonstrating commitment to excellence.Strong understanding of technical requirements and limitations along with experience working in highly technical environments.Familiarity utilizing design tools like Figma, and After Effects showcasing adaptability and versatility.Demonstrated strengths in analytical problem-solving and creative thinking, coupled with a curiosity about business optimization and efficiency.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively while maintaining a collaborative, humble, and innovative mindset.The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 247,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and .
