At Mad Science of DC, we are having a BLAST We bring fun, exciting science to kids, through our summer camps, after school clubs, school-wide assemblies, and birthday parties. 

Of course, it takes a tremendous amount of hard work to bring Mad Science to tens of thousands of kids each year, and that's where you would come in. As a Summer Warehouse Associate, you would play an integral role in our small business's summer camp operations.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
May 27 - August 22 2025

Main responsibilities:
  • Organizing the supplies we use at summer camp every day, including chemicals & fragile equipment
  • Monitoring inventory of supplies
  • Helping drivers load and unload deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean area
We are looking for someone who:
  • Is organized and passionate about doing the job right
  • Has high attention to detail
  • Is willing and capable of rolling up their sleeves and working hard, regularly lifting 30+ pounds of equipment, standing and walking for long periods of time
  • Lives in the area and is willing to commute to our Silver Spring office each day
  • Can pass a background check
  • Is available to work full time, 5/27-8/22
