Situated in the bustling heart of our operations, this position is intended for candidates who can contribute onsite as it is not eligible for remote work.The selected candidate will spearhead the development of customer relations and insurance policy sales, focusing on delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clientele. As a full-time Producer/Agent, you’ll be part of a progressive team that values comprehensive service delivery and maintains our reputation as a trusted provider of property and casualty insurance products.Duties and ResponsibilitiesUndertake sales of a wide range of property and casualty insurance products to both new and existing clients.Provide proactive customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships and ensure the retention of accounts.Assess client’s individual needs to ensure that appropriate policies are matched effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction and coverage accuracy.Facilitate the policy underwriting process from initial application to issuance, ensuring all client data is processed accurately and timely.Conduct regular follow-up with clients to reassess their needs and insurance coverage, adjusting policies as required to meet their changing circumstances.Navigate claims processes with clients, providing guidance and support through potentially challenging situations.Stay updated with industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed and current advice to clients.Participate in networking events and professional organizations to foster connections and remain visible in the insurance community.Keep detailed records of all client interactions, policies, and transactions to maintain compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with other team members to meet overall company objectives, pooling insights to refine strategies and service delivery.RequirementsProven sales experience, specifically in the insurance sector, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds and foster meaningful relationships.Commitment to providing professional customer service that aligns with the high standards and ethos of Centerville Insurance Agency.Ability to understand or quickly assimilate technical insurance concepts and terms to facilitate effective client communication and decision-making.Current and valid insurance producer license for property and casualty, compliant with state regulations.Well-honed analytical skills to evaluate client needs accurately and propose optimal insurance solutions.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, enabling efficient work flows and prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient use of insurance databases, applications, and platforms necessary for client management and policy transactions.Capability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality, adhering to privacy laws and company policies.Educational background in finance, business, insurance, or related fields is preferred.
