Champions hospitality to all residents, guests, and visitors with excellence in customer service. Works with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to New Perspective standards at all times. Appropriately accounts for all financial transactions through resident billing and receipts. Operates and maintains assigned equipment. (Including Point of Sale System: POS) Communicates and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective way. Ensures that an attractive home environment exists at all times at the community with a milieu that fosters engagement, socialization. Qualifications A High School diploma / GED with solid accounting skills and experience in the hospitality field. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language. Strong computer skills and ability to use a variety of electronic devices. Empathy for the challenges experienced by residents and family members and the problem-solving skill sets to support them. Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with older adults in senior living, long-term care, home health or other health care setting.
