This is a great opportunity for someone who values autonomy, collaboration, and the chance to make a major impact as we elevate our onsite therapy program.Why Join Us?• Competitive hourly rate• Flexible PRN scheduling — pick up when it fits your life• New Grads Welcome• $500 Referral Bonus – bring great clinicians with you• Stable leadership support + structured therapy systems already established companywide• Strong interdisciplinary relationships with therapy, nursing, and admin• Be part of a positive therapy culture from the ground up as we build in-house excellenceYour Role as a Speech-Language Pathologist:Provide patient-centered, functional-focused speech therapy services by:• Completing evaluations and establishing person-centered plan of care• Providing skilled treatment for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia needs• Conducting bedside swallow assessments and recommending diet/strategies• Implementing interventions for voice, articulation, communication, memory, problem solving, and safety• Collaborating closely with OT/PT/Nursing & medical providers• Documenting accurately and timely to support skilled services• Educating residents, families, and staff on communication strategies, swallowing safety, and home programs• Assessing and recommending appropriate therapeutic equipment or compensatory devices• Helping maintain an organized and positive therapy environment• Adjusting to caseload needs while prioritizing resident outcomesWhat You Need:• Graduation from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program• Active Indiana SLP license + current ASHA CCC (or CFY considered)• Skilled nursing/geriatric experience preferred but not requiredEEOC:We are an equal opportunity employer.
