Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development ~~~~ URGENT HIRING ~~~~ Part Time 8am to 12 noon or 7 am to 11 am in the morning (Flexible Hours during morning window on Saturday and Sunday only) in 29730 zip code Previous PCA/Home Health Aide Experience required, Training available The Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. Essential Functions: Personal Care with ADLs and IADLsProvide full assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, feeding transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (electric wheel chair, ceiling lift), change of position, with toileting. Companion/Sitter/Household Management Provide companionship and respite services for family Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients Client is a woman and the family needs immediate assistance for 4 hours on weekend mornings. Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week. Qualifications/Educational Requirements: High school graduate or G.E.D certificate Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job Previous experience with SC Medicaid / DDSN clients preferred.
