Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying, locating, and ordering the correct Porsche parts. Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing items. Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery to customers and service technicians. Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels. Work closely with service department and sales team to support their parts needs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Previous experience in automotive parts counter or inventory management preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology, ideally with Porsche vehicles.
