REQUIREMENTS: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in Florida Experience in mental health nursing, acute care setting Previous teaching experience is preferred RESPONSIBILITIES:Mental health clinicals are typically scheduled on weekends with occasional days during the week (may vary by term).The position's responsibilities fall into eight basic areas. Subject Matter Expertise Effective Communication Pedagogical Mastery Operational Excellence Appreciation and Promotion of Diversity Assessment of Student Learning Utilization of Technology to Enhance Teaching and Learning Continuous Improvement Adjunct Faculty are eligible to participate in the Herzing 401(k) plan with a generous company match and our excellent education assistance programs about careers at Herzing University.
