Compensation:

$75,000 - $120,000 +

Responsibilities:
  • Enroll in a real estate school in Charleston with sponsorship to begin the journey toward obtaining a license as a Real Estate Sales Trainee.
  • Receive valuable mentorship and insights into the Charleston real estate sales landscape by collaborating with an experienced team member.
  • Actively engage with potential clients in Charleston through designated call lists to establish meaningful connections and generate leads.
  • Conduct consultations with potential homebuyers in Charleston to understand their real estate needs and offer personalized support.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in Charleston to streamline follow-up procedures, utilizing a Real Estate CRM for effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional 5-star customer service to homebuyers in Charleston, offering continuous guidance and support throughout their home-buying process.
  • Work effectively as a team member with the ultimate goal of delivering a 5-star, "white glove" customer experience to clients.
