You'll:Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions with careMaintain an accurate and secure cash drawerProvide clear, friendly service while educating members about products and servicesIdentify needs and offer financial solutions tailored to each memberRepresent Elevate's values in every interaction-with members and teammates alikeWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who brings more than just work experience-they bring reliability, attention to detail, and a professional mindset. You'll be a great fit if you have:A high school diploma or equivalentAt least 1-2 years of steady customer service experience Strong communication and computer skillsA keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right wayA positive outlook and a team-first attitudeBonus points (and extra pay) if you speak Spanish.This Isn't a Summer Job Due to the level of responsibility and training involved in this position, we are not considering short-term or seasonal applicants. We're looking for someone ready to make a lasting contribution as part of our team.Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position, and we keep it to 40 hours or less each week. You'll typically work Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. We occasionally have 8:00 a.m. meetings on Tuesdays. Tellers take turns working Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. If you work a Saturday, you'll get a weekday off.
