Remote Booking Services CoordinatorWe are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Remote Booking Services Coordinator to assist clients with planning support, booking coordination, and general travel-related service needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and thrives in a flexible remote environment.Responsibilities:Support clients with organizing trip details, dates, and experience optionsAssist with booking coordination, confirmations, and follow-up communicationProvide excellent customer service through phone, email, and messagingMaintain accurate client information, preferences, and booking notesHelp gather details needed for reservations, itineraries, and planning materialsStay informed about available destinations, services, and experience offeringsRespond to client inquiries and provide timely supportCollaborate with the team to ensure smooth and positive client experiencesPerform general administrative tasks related to booking and client supportSkills & Qualifications:Strong communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working remotely and managing your own scheduleAble to learn new systems and online toolsProfessional, dependable, and motivatedNo prior experience required full training is providedWhat We Provide:Comprehensive training and continued supportAccess to tools, resources, and booking systemsFlexible remote schedulingOne-on-one guidance to help you grow in the roleA positive and supportive team environmentWork Environment:This is a remote role with flexible hours.
