Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop tailored plans to enhance mobility and strength. Follow Established Care Plans: Implement and adhere to established care plans to ensure consistent and effective therapy. Therapeutic Activities: Implement exercises and activities to promote recovery and independence. Client Education: Teach clients and families strategies for managing conditions and enhancing function. Progress Monitoring: Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assessments and treatment plans. Advocacy: Support clients in navigating healthcare resources. Emotional Support: Encourage clients to stay motivated throughout their rehabilitation journey. Requirements: Education: Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Licensure: Valid Alabama PT license. Experience: In-home physical therapy experience preferred. Physical Capability: Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance. Driver’s License: Valid license and current automobile insurance. Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
