You’ll help keep things running smoothly, from checking people in to answering calls and making patients feel welcome, heard, and supported. What You’ll Do: Greet patients (and their support crew) with warmth and professionalism Update and verify patient info at every visit Help with forms and answer patient questions Answer phones and emails — with clarity, kindness, and efficiency Make appointment reminder calls Get to know our patients — names, stories, and what makes them feel seen Keep the front space clean, calm, and inviting Use scheduling software and medical office tech like a pro Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a team, always   Who We Are:Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare gives our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed.
