Pay & Benefits Average $1,200–$1,400 per week after training No weekends or holidays — ever Paid holidays & paid time off Health insurance reimbursement Company vehicle provided after probation (take-home) Specialty tools provided (bring basic hand tools) Company shirts provided Year-round, full-time schedule with flexible weekday hours Supportive, family-owned team culture Role Overview You will diagnose and repair major household appliances in customers’ homes. This is a hands-on, problem-solving role ideal for applicants with: Mechanical ability Electrical experience HVAC or maintenance background Automotive or technical repair skills No prior appliance repair experience required. We offer paid training, mentoring, and ongoing technical support. Most new techs begin running service calls independently in as little as 7–8 weeks.
