We’re seeking a professional who: Has experience working with preschool-aged children Is confident in planning and implementing learning cycles Thrives in a shared leadership environment Is committed to creating and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for children This is a full-time position, offering 38 hours per week. About Us Welcome to Great Beginnings Golden Bay – where learning is lively, laughter is encouraged, and every day is an adventure Our vibrant early learning centre is a favourite among families in Golden Bay, Secret Harbour, Singleton, and nearby suburbs. We offer long day care and a dynamic kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. At capacity our centre caters for up to 100 children with operating hours from 6.30am-6.30pm.  About You – What You Bring to the Team You're more than qualified—you’re passionate, motivated, and ready to make a real difference in the lives of little learners. Here’s what we’re looking for:  Diploma QualifiedYou hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children’s Services and are confident in your skills. Framework-SavvyYou’ve got a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)—and know how to bring them to life in a fun, engaging way. Experience with Young ChildrenYou've worked in early learning environments with children aged 0–5 and know how to create safe, supportive, and playful spaces. Great CommunicatorWhether it’s chatting with families, connecting with your team, or documenting learning—your verbal and written communication skills shine. Safety ReadyYou have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training). You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
