Must have at least high school diploma or GED. College degree and/or relevant work experience preferred. Must have above average verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to react quickly with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Must work well with others. Must be flexible and adaptable in the workplace. Must have organization skills. Responsibilities: Works with co-teachers and directors to establish and maintain clean and safe learning environment. Plans and consistently implements the curriculum activities that promote the children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Keeps accurate, current records of each child’s developmental milestones and progress.
