Wood Assembler (Door and Jamb Assembly Technician) Location: North Charleston, SC Schedule: Full-time - Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-3:30 PM; Friday 6:00 AM-12:00 PM Work Environment: In-person only About MW Millworks MW Millworks is a locally owned custom millwork manufacturer specializing in high-end, architecturally accurate millwork for both new construction and impact-rated projects, with approximately 30% of our work dedicated to historic restoration. Located in North Charleston, we partner with builders, architects, and designers to produce premium-quality doors, windows, mouldings, shutters, and custom elements. Our team combines craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s architectural landscape-whether preserving history or creating something entirely new. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Wood Assembler to join our team. This role focuses on assembling doors and jambs with precision and care, ensuring every piece meets our high standards for craftsmanship. What You’ll Do  Assemble doors, jambs, and related components to exact specifications.  Perform precise measurements and cuts using tape measures and calipers.  Interpret and work from CAD drawings.  Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.  Collaborate with other shop team members to meet deadlines. Qualifications  Experience in woodworking or millwork assembly.  Proficiency with measuring tools and CAD drawings.  Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
