If you are passionate to work on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to talk to you.RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage analytics projects aimed at solving business problems within the banking domain. Engage with clients to define and translate business objectives into actionable analytics solutions. Expertise in advanced statistical modeling techniques and machine learning applications to drive decision-making processes. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven strategies for risk management, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency. Utilize analytical tools like R, Python, SQL, and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to convey insights. Be proficient in leveraging banking datasets, customer data, and transaction history for analytical modeling. Develop compelling presentations for stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of analytics on business outcomes. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and analytics excellence. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in analytics and banking. Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure optimal data sourcing and integration. Requirements5 - 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 4 years in analytics roles, preferably in banking or finance.Demonstrated ability to present complex analytical findings to senior management and executive stakeholders.Strong understanding of financial products, risk assessment, and banking regulations.Proficient in statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.Expertise in SQL and programming languages such as R and Python.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams.MBA in Finance, Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
