The Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work PRN at Cascade Gardens The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide direct patient care services under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for documenting patient treatments, changes in condition and other pertinent information as required. The successful candidate will also provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and condition of each patient.
