General Laborer – Full Time, All Shifts Seeking motivated General Laborers to join our team. Responsible for assisting in setup, production, cleanup, and packaging of product in various departments. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:• 6 days a week: Monday – Saturday. • Starting hourly pay of $, plus shift differential. • Comprehensive Nestlé benefits after 30 days of employment.• Yearly reviews and raises. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH: • Assist with the production, processing, and packaging of all products.• Clean and sanitizes work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.• Prepare equipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers. • Communicates with Supervisors, Line Leads, and other Operators on quality and production of material. • Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.• Follow all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). REQUIREMENTS:• Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required. • Ability to work in a cold environment of 40-50 degrees F, required.• High School Diploma/GED, preferred. SKILLS:• Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful. • Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment. • Ability to do basic math and use calculators.• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful. • Basic English communication skills, verbal and written, preferred The approximate hourly pay for this position is $ Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
