Description Position Summary:Schwickert’s Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our Commercial Roofing Service Technicians are hard-working, enjoy seeing a job from start to finish, and want to learn and grow in their career. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect roofs for damages and leaksPerform roof repairs as neededCompleting field inspectionsDevelop a scope of work with a budgetOrganize a materials listClean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debrisAdditional dutiesQualifications:Ability to learn and take direction from crew ForemanExperience with diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpfulExperience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forkliftNo fear of heightsLift 50+ lbsSit, stand, and climb stairsCustomer service experienceOn the job training is providedStarting pay ranges from $20-$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityPaid Time OffPaid Holidays401K with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementPhysical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk, and hear.
