Simple Solutions Psychotherapy - Founded June of 2020. We are a community-based organization providing therapy (individual, family, couples, & groups), after-school programs, mental health assemblies, organizational workshops, juvenile detention centers, case management and more We service California residents via insurance or cash pay. Services are provided via telehealth and in-person in English and Spanish Language and based on specifics of contracts. At Simple Solutions Psychotherapy we believe "It's SIMPLE people just make it complicated." We seek to assist PsyD practicum students in gaining knowledge and experience toward assisting the community with mental health services.Operations ManagerJob SummaryThe Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, high-quality client services, and meaningful social impact. This role executes the company’s strategic goals by developing and implementing operational strategies, managing multiple departments, overseeing budgets, and leading teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the hiring, training, and development of departmental managersOrganize, oversee, and support departmental workflows and schedulesConduct timely and constructive performance evaluationsAddress employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policyImplement the CEO’s vision and strategic objectives at an operational levelLead, mentor, and train the management teamDevelop strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining high-performing staffKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish and monitor quantitative and qualitative performance metrics (KPIs)Analyze and improve business processes and operational proceduresImplement policies and procedures to improve daily operationsEnsure safe, adequate, and compliant work environmentsOversee multiple departments and ensure alignment with CEO-established goalsCommunicate new directives, policies, and procedures clearly to leadership and staffImprove customer satisfaction through operational enhancementsCoordinate efforts across business office, clinical, and case management teamsPromote a positive organizational image internally and externallyManage operational budgets and ensure fiscal accountabilityCollaborate with leadership to ensure smooth workflows and alignmentRequired Skills and AbilitiesStrong understanding of business, finance, and operational practicesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProven leadership, diplomacy, and people-management abilitiesStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational softwareExperience with databases and project management toolsTech-savvy, with comfort using digital tools and emerging technologiesEducation and ExperienceMaster’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)5–10 years of experience in business operations, finance, and healthcareStrong project management experienceDemonstrated ability to lead teams and drive resultsExperience interpreting financial data and managing budgetsPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working on a computerRegular use of phone, email, and video conferencing toolsAbility to lift up to 15 pounds as neededOther duties may be assigned, and responsibilities may change based on business needs.PIe2bc15c410eb-30511-39354144
